Had an epic swim today... 4 miles in 3 hours and 6 minutes. was so exhausted I almost passed out in the shower. Afterwards I noticed a weight spike compared to before the swim. A buddy tells me this has to do with lactic acid in the muscles, or something like that. Not sure... but I expect the scale will drop again tomorrow.
275.6 lb Lost so far: 186.4 lb.    Still to go: 85.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
