I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. My birthday was yesterday. I decided to make myself my cake. I prefer home baked goods over store bought anyday.

My lowest weight i took on xmas eve was around 167 ish. I did eat some more calories dense foods but I actually overall ate less. I did not snack all day. I just had a meal in the morning and dinner with a little desert. Usually in my past, I would pig out all week for the holidays. Not this year, I worked way to hard to lose my weight.

So it is now the day after my bday. I plan to give pieces of my leftover cake to friends. A photo of it below.

I am now 27. I kind of feel old. lol

New updates: I have not weighed myself on christmas or my bday. I plan to weight in tomorrow after I drink a lot of water today and eat some healthier foods. I also plan to do some yoga and a little cardio. This week is my off week from lifting. I think i slightl yinjured my shoulder/arm. I have a pain in my upper right arm which makes it hard to sleep on and move. I think it could be a muscle tear. So in anycase i am going to do some yoga to help it heal.

Something wrong with my Ipad this is the second pic I can't see. Maybe it's my ipad protecting me from temptation lol anyway Happy Birthday!
