ok now, I haven't lost a pound since thur. I'm tired of eating the same thing, I have to add more caloric foods to my diet but what? HELP!!! lol. It just seems like is going very slow :(

There are so many foods that you can eat with Atkins I don't know why you find yourself eating the same things. If you'd like I can look at your food log and see if anything stands out.

Steelers, if you are having a hard time getting cals and fat, add butter and olive oil. Those are the absolute best way to add cals without adding carbs

Thanks, to both of you, and yes I would like ideas. I don't know why I keep eating the same thing I guess I'm just doing what I know is quick and easy. lol but yes I appreciate your help, by the way I just tried the chicken muffin and they are delicious. thx :)

I love the chicken muffins. You can also modify these. Try tuna w/ diced jalepeno instead of the celery or salmon. Also, you dont have to do breakfast in the morning - you can have a crustless quiche or fajita meat. I aim to eat mainly protein and meat throughout the day. The only real carbs I get comes from my spinach and avocado in my turkey breast roll ups or the Atkins shakes I drink. But check out the cook book on FS and Atkins - they are full of very good ideas for meals.
