Kinda lost my way for a bit and I could tell without weighing myself. I stopped paying attention, started eating too much and my weight got back up to 208 at one point a few weeks ago. (208 considering where I came from isn't that bad, but still...) That really got me upset so I started working in earnest at getting it back down. So, here we are at 202.6, just 3.6 lbs away from the "final" goal. =) Very cool.
Really, I've lost all of the body fat that I care to lose at this point except for some stomach fat. It's total nonsense that belly fat burns away first btw. Going into spring/summer when it's generally easier to lose weight, so overall I'm feeling pretty good about this!
