Have been doing this diet since November . So far went from 150 to 141 which is good progress for me . Lately I have notice I’ve been eating and doing exactly the same stuff I always have but seems like I’m stuck at 141 for some reason . Been almost two weeks and haven’t lost any weight whatsoever. Anyone in the same boat ?
141.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

constantly, if you're working out pay attention to inches rather than weight, muscle weighs more than fat

also it takes longer to burn visceral fat... the stuff that's around and in your organs

Your body has adjusted to your intake. What “diet” are doing? Nothing beats calories in, calories out. Try increasing your activity first and see how that works

Just may be a plateau. We all have them. Sometimes your body just needs time to slow down and catch up. You’ve done phenomenal so far!

Try adding in intermittent fasting! Got me through a plateau!
