Maine coon's Journal, 12 December 2017

Weight is down another pound despite over 1800 calorie day, maybe I burned it off with some exercise, did not track exercise yesterday.

I will today if I can. Either way not complaining!!! :)

Thanks Amanda and Jamaica, weighed in today and holding at 161, happy considering eating out and holiday snacks that have been around. Trying to eat in moderation
