Do you plan to have a snack in the morning? I do not think less that 200 - 350 calories for breakfast will tame your hunger.

I use egg whites and put chopped bell peppers and onions in mine. Saute these in 1 tsp. butter until translucent. Put 1/2 cup egg whites in When egg whites are fully cooked, add part skim mozzarella at the last minute, let it melt, and take it off.

I typically don't require more than 200-300 calories for breakfast. This is on the low side, but I do eat a snack later. I always eat 5 to 6 meals a day, all lower calorie. My daily caloric intake is 1500 to 1800. I excercise quite a bit so 1800 is a must on those days.
