The reason I've gone up so badly is because I'm pregnant. Because of that I've been off for far too long. I've started a new app in my iPad called myfitnesspal which is awesome! I know that I've already lost nearly 5 lbs already which both surprises and delights me.
My goal by the end of the month (in which I am having a baby I might add) is to lose 22lbs. And so I've started already going from 262 to 257.4. My goal (for the end of May) is 240 and actually to reach 224.8 before I go visit my family in Ontario in December.
So there ya go. I have a goal and I have a plan. Wish me luck! ~Steve
