The reason I've gone up so badly is because I'm pregnant. Because of that I've been off for far too long. I've started a new app in my iPad called myfitnesspal which is awesome! I know that I've already lost nearly 5 lbs already which both surprises and delights me.
My goal by the end of the month (in which I am having a baby I might add) is to lose 22lbs. And so I've started already going from 262 to 257.4. My goal (for the end of May) is 240 and actually to reach 224.8 before I go visit my family in Ontario in December.
So there ya go. I have a goal and I have a plan.

well, this was an incredibly crummy week, but I'm getting back on track starting today.
No sweets, no pop (maybe) and I'm in training for a bike-a-thon which means I HAVE to exercise everyday :)
wish me luck, it's going to be an unbelievable week!!

well it's been a while since I weighed in. the truth is that I weighed in every week, but it kept on going up and up and up. so much so that I thought I was pregnant! I acutally thoutht to myself. there is no way I'm consuming more than 4100 calories a day! and then I realized i had been drinking WAY too much cola. So that changed and I'm back on water and more salad again. I haven't gone insane yet, so that's a good thing. I'm going to start exercising more as well. I haven't been keeping up with that and my little friend Alisha has been helping me out. (thank goodness) I've had a little loss this week and it's really spurned me on to lose more.
Alisha has put forth the goal that she wants to be in the 190s by her grad next year in order to fit into a great graduation dress! I'm going to do the same thing, and I'm counting on all of you guys to keep me honest with it. I'd like to have a butt kick. There's this thing that we do on neopets. someone started it, but I carried on with it called "Kitag" It's the kick in the bootie game. (the clean version anyway) and I'd like to do the KITA all the time. every week.
I put forth a goal. if I do it yay! If I don't do it, "oh no" I have to pay the piper. meaning I would have to make something for someone. this isn't that hard. so I got to thinking that I would have to do something physically or I would miss out on something. like: I want to have a loss this week. if I don't have a loss on Monday, I don't get any chocolate next week. it's my punishment for not having a loss. or I would not get to use my bike, I would have to walk everywhere as a punishment. Does that make sense?
If I started the Kitag game, would anyone be interested in joining? it's just an idea. I'm seeing if it would work for me or not. *shrugs* who knows. it might just be the K.I.T.A I need ;)
