well, this was an incredibly crummy week, but I'm getting back on track starting today.

No sweets, no pop (maybe) and I'm in training for a bike-a-thon which means I HAVE to exercise everyday :)

wish me luck, it's going to be an unbelievable week!!
243.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 118.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
