Ok... I had the day from hell and in acuality...the week from hell...and now I want to stress eat..I just ate an entire pint of B&J..what the hell? Why does my body do this to me? Is it my head, my hormones, what is going on? I am so close to a major goal, and I am totally screwing myself....by going out of control on the food. My God Sheri...get a FREAKING GRIP!

It's ok! It happens to all of us. It is hard to force yourself not to grab for those favorite comfort foods. You need to find and keep your pantry/fridge stocked with NEW comfort foods. I almost ate a double fudge brownie smothered in ice cream and fudge sauce, but settled for a single small cookie and a Diet Pepsi. After I settled down a bit, I was soooo proud that I made it through. One step at a time, one stressful event at a time. YOU CAN DO IT!

I hear ya! I was having the same type of week and caved on Saturday night...Pizza Hut! It's a new week...put it behind you and keep going. Don't give up!
