Journal Journal Journal...what a week. I have learned so much. I love Atkins and I love helping people succeed. I have learned that you dont have to talk down to people to motivate them to lose weight. You have to be understanding. You have to be respectful and you have to be true to yourself and everyone else. You cant pretend to be something you arent. People see through it. No one on this diet is weak. They are strong strong people working together to succeed. I wish everyone much success and happiness. Carry on Atkins followers. You can do this. We can do this!!!
