I know Scrapple is bad for you, but I absolutely love it. It's something I have to have on the weekends :) I used to have it during the week, but I cut back to the weekend only. 2 oz is 120 calories, so it's within my calories. The rest of the nutrution (fat, sodium) is through the roof, but I am going to try to add some exercise in today to help that. I'll be climbing into the attic and getting a roomful of boxes down. Hopefully, I'll fit time in for the treadmill, too :)
