Day 99- Set my new goal of 175, and that is right around my ideal weight. BTW, I have not been under 200lbs for about 15yrs! I was thinking of a smaller goal for the next limit, but decided, lets go for it! I just wonder how much longer I can go before i hit a wall?
Went to a Philly Union soccer game yesterday and drank way to much. I admit it and it will have to change. Besides that, everything is going good.
