today, im doing a 3day detox, which i plan to do for 7weeks. For my breakfast i had a slice of toast and penut butter and half a grapefruit! im feeling fine! i have to eat plain tuna, which is not good, as i hate fish. hmmm.... il have to think of something eles to eat or maybe miss it out!
