So I didn’t log any food yesterday. But I did pretty well. I’m guessing under 30NC, Way too much chaos going on to try to log... Bella the ball python got lost, then dramatically found... stayed up way too late, got home after midnight to find my dog ripped apart my favorite Patagonia backpack because I left a beef jerky pack, pistachios and protein bar in it, I figured they were all non perishable and I would eat them during our trip on Monday. I yelled at him and he ran and hid in the yard... wouldn’t come back in for a long time 😩😩
My oldest kid woke up sick today and now we probably have to cancel tomorrow’s thanksgiving meal with family and our surprise trip to universal studios... ugh, trying not to stress because I know that makes me gain!!
Send me healthy good vibes please! I also can’t get sick, that will probably wreck my progress and system!!! Saged the house, colloidal silver has been dosed out, opened all the windows and now I’m cleaning like crazy to sanitize this place. Washing hands all day!!
