30 minutes into my back workout I fizzled out from lack of sleep and went home.

I woke @ 3am this morning feeling like it was time to get up, then 4 then 6. 😣

So I'm forcing myself to take tomorrow off from working out-- using that time slot for meditation instead.

Left my alarm off yesterday, because I could, but still woke up over an hour earlier than routine, despite going to bed late. It's hard sometimes. I hope your meditation fixes it!
