Today's a double day at the gym! I made sure to get a full nights sleep and was able to pop right up out of bed (very rare!) and get to the gym by 6:10 which was awesome because it was just me and one other guy there!! I love a quiet gym... don't feel like the odd ball trying to use the weights in front of the muscle builders! I'll do the second go around with my coworker at lunch today. And to think 3 weeks ago I was just starting at the gym and wondering if I'd even survive a week... it's funny how our mindsets change when you really buckle down and push towards your goal. Going to the gym now is more of a stress release and I have honestly found that I'm not as stressed out and less anxious after a work day where I've hit the gym on lunch!
