We lost our volleyball game last night :( We won the first one, but lost the next two. The gym was about 789051 degrees, so we all got a little overheated and sluggish. But boy, did we sweat!

Another typical day at the office today.. nothing exciting. I'm leaving straight from work to go watch the boy's baseball game in Center City. Which means no body pump. Depending on when the game is done, I'll try to go for a quick run when I get home. My muscles are finally feeling better from football! It's about time.

My parents have driven up to Boston again today to go see my Grandma in the hospital. It's not looking so good.. She has gall stones and kidney failure, and when you're 88 and have severe dimentia/alzheimers, it's almost impossible to recover from something like this. :/ I just have to keep reminding myself that she lived a long, healthy, and extremely happy life up until this point. And that's what matters.

That really is all that matters! What a great, positive way of looking at it. "Everybody dies, but not everybody lives." Just keep reminding yourself that she lived a happy life.

Your first paragraph sounds exactly like my night last night!! I don't know why the gym was so blasted hot! Strange.. Sorry your grandma is suffering.. sometimes you just have to think that she'll be in a better place. I've lost all of my grandparents, and it's never easy. Glad you are getting to see her today, though.. make it count! Even if she doesn't know who you are, you still know who she is and will carry her in your heart always..
