Finally got to my second goal, 175lbs !Now to get to my third goal, staying at 175 lbs with no yoyoing. I'm 65 years old and a retired firefighter/ paramedic. I've been retired for about 6 years now. Last 3 years of my career were brutal. I balooned up to 235 lbs. I didn't have to do the work, just tell the younger guys what to do. Joined a gym and stuck to weight training and cardio two times a week at each one, and logging all my food intake on this app. It actuall worked
