Two days ago, I got food poisoning. Couldn't eat yesterday. Just crackers today. So I stepped on the scale and saw that I lost about 4 pounds. I'm hoping not to boomerang back to overeating. Let this be the beginning of a change. Actually, this no appetite couldn't have happened on a better day. Halloween is always difficult. But not today. :)
