Today's plan was very well-written, and written in advance. Things have crept up on me unexpectedly, so the plan has been slightly modified, which bothers me more than it probably should. First of all, last night there was a power outage, which prevented me from doing my second 30 minutes of exercise. Now today I'm supposed to go to Curves right after work but I forgot the check at home (supposed to start paying today, end of free trial!) so that will have to wait until tomorrow. So to make up for that, I will need to do an hour on my gazelle later tonight at home. That will keep me on schedule.

Today's "new" plan:
breakfast: 1 poptart
lunch: ham and cheese sandwich (3 slices lean honey ham, 2 slices light wheat bread, 1 slice 2% cheese), 1 bag 94% ff popcorn, 1 small banana, 2 3musketeer mini candy bars
dinner: big salad (3 cups romaine lettuce, 1 cup cucumber, 1 cup tomato, 1/2 cup onion, 1/2 cup pepper, 2 tbs ff dressing), 15 ore-ida tater tots (baked)
snacks: 4 thin mints, 2 red vines, 1 cup carrots w/ salsa
Exercise: 60 minutes cardio (gazelle)
