20 1-arm DB Lunge and Shoulder Press (each side)
12 DB T-Pushups w Row (each side)
20 Decline Situps with DB flies
20 DB Burpees
30 DB Seal Jacks
15 Dips with Leg Raise

40 minutes cardio
