After many years of yo-yo dieting and never being able to keep the weight off, my husband and I got a wake up call when his test results came back positive for diabetes. We are now highly motivated to make changes in our eating patterns so that we can become more healthy and be a model to our kids of proper health. We have been doing LCHF for almost two months and have seen steady weigh loss results. I am excited about this new stage of our journey in the road called life.
