Totally blew the calories yesterday...700 over :( but today's a new day. Just gotta keep trying. Doing good so far. A little high on fat and protein but doing great on carbs and calories.
195.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 55.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
