Yesterday, a friend and I drove down to Corpus. There are still signs of the hurricane, but for the most part, people are going about in “business as usual” mode. I packed Keto Asian Stir Fry. It was good cold, and I posted my food from yesterday. I ingested fewer calories than usual, but felt fine all day. I did, however, drink a diet soda. Immediately, I regretted it, but it did not seem to affect me overtly.

This morning, it was cold. Today’s high is supposed to be 80F, but this morning we bottomed out at 37. It is not quite desert extreme, but it’s getting there! Yesterday’s high was 83, so this isn’t just some weather change. This is a normal cycle.

I have not checked today’s menu yet, but I think I am having fish today. I forgot to defrost anything, so my choices are limited to fish, chicken, or eggs. I guess that not much of a limit? Chicken. I shall eat the chicken! I know that Chicken Cordon Bleu is on the menu this week, so I just set it for today! Self-determination is a wonderful thing! We all make choices, and this sounds like a delicious one, and one that assists me toward my goals.
