I don't normally post my weight 2 days in a row, but 2 losses is so nice! But I only had a cup of tea with honey and piece of dry toast yesterday. Went to see my doctor yesterday because of severe pain I had on Sunday around my rib area and going around to the back that lasted about an hour. He did order several blood tests but after I assured him I DON'T eat a high fat diet he told me he didn't think it's my gallbladder but probably a spasm in my colon brought on by the severe anxiety I've been feeling for over a week, brought on by the fires in the area. So he did calm me down and suggested I start walking again. Now that there isn't much smoke in the air I'm going to walk today and hopefully start calming down. Expected rain on Friday should really help. And I'm looking forward to eating the way I had been prior to the past week or so.
