So I have not been able to get on track. Yesterday I carb loaded so bad I could have done a marathon twice but I still lost 1.3 kg. Must be the upset stomach of midnight that gave me the 1.3 drop ☺☺☺

I find weighing myself every morning and writing about it keeps me focus. Yes I do get very dis-motivated if the scale doesn't move but at least my eyes stays on the price.

All the experts regarding PCOS tell me no carb high fat will be my answer, why do I still play around. I have to stop and reflect do I really want to reverse this infertility?

Today Im going to try and stay under 20g of carb and see if I can Get to 140 by month end.

its an addiction, the carbs... I managed to cut bread completely, but if only I can stop eating any cake that innocently sit missing their own business...So I feel your pain. The upside is that if you set your mind to it and manage to cut the carbs then you stop craving them as well....just a word of warning there is no cheat day when you go off carbs. I've been trying to get back to my healthy eating for 3 weeks because I had a few cheat days. I have not had a slice of bread though so Carbs have not yet beaten me!!!
