PCOS
HI All

So I have PCOS ( polytheistic ovaries syndrome ) I have insulin resistance and this is affecting my hormones. I do not ovolute naturally so i cant fall pregnant naturally.

Since Im trying to conceive with help from Dr my weight is a great concern. 154Kg. Losing weight will increase the changes of fertility meds working. I have been put on some meds to help with the insulin , if I can get insulin down I can maybe start ovulation but this meds is making my craving for carbs so bad, I will give away a plate of lovely food for a bag of chips

Is there anybody that has been in a similar position as I am that has had great success. I really cant afford magic pills anymore. I need advise that will work
