No Easter with family but I did have a super yummy lunch today! The husband took me out to a restaurant downtown for a change. I couldn't help but order a spicy bloody mary and Eggs Benedict but it wasn't the normal Eggs Benedict...made with Pork Belly instead of Canadian Bacon. OMG! So good!! I enjoyed every bite to the end and when I say the end, I mean the plate was super clean! Since I have been watching what I am eating, I really take the time to enjoy what I am eating, especially if it's something I don't eat that often. I still tracked everything and only see fruits and veggies in my future for the rest of the day and I am okay with that!

This is the exact same method I follow!!! And the fact that I can have something that I like whenever I want (with just a minor tweaking of my intake the rest of the day), reduces my cravings by a considerable amount. Glad that you liked it!
