Went a little crazy last night and had a cheeseburger and 7 Miller Lites! Good thing is that I ended up just a little over my RDI and I tried to stay aware of what I was eating and drinking and why.
I have no plans for Easter for I think the first time in my life. I won't be with my family and my husband's family is so clueless or just don't care. I even told them that we weren't going to my family's and would be in town...no invite to join them. And my husband diesn't seem bothered by it! What's wrong with these people??
Full workout at the gym today to get my frustrations out!
