10/14-This morning I’m back eating wholesome, healthy food, now that I am not working for the “diet” company that sells unhealthy, small portions for big bucks. I made a healthy shake this morning with greens, frozen berries, banana, non fat almond milk & protein powder. Frozen, pre-portioned food with 30+ ingredients is not healthy in my opinion. Thank you FatSecret for keeping me mindful of what I eat, even when I have 2 birthday dinners in 1 weekend! Yikes
