Happy Friday my wonderful friends!
Workout at the roller skating rink last night couldn't have been funner! (is that a word?!...?) lol WE MIGHT have to have a talk with the DJ though, all he wanted to play was 80's music and it wasn't 80's night! But! it felt like reliving a day from childhood and it stirred up some great memories of the first time I took my little ones to the rink to learn to skate...I wasn't particularly happy I taught her last night though, as she whizzed by me rexing and flipping and twirling! BUT HEY...I DIDN'T FALL! AND I DIDN'T LOOK ALL STIFF AND ROBOTIC!
MY SHINS ARE SORE TODAY....
so, the diet is trucking along. I do have to say that i screwed up last night. I hadn't eaten all day, went crazy skating, and then suddenly went far beyond the point of starvation...when i got to my daughters house, i ate a whole pack of baby cookies! LOL it's nice to have a baby around, you can always find a baby cookie!
So, today is my day off from the gym. It's date night with my fantastic hubby! I usually go to bowling practice with my hubby but he said he wants to stir things up and do something different tonight. Thank God I got some sleep! That way if he picks a movie I won't drift off and start snoring! (btw...i don't snore!)
