Back down today. Now I'm thinking that I was just bound up from eating out - not enough fiber. I definitely have those issues, and it would explain the 2+ lb difference in a single day.

Still going to just focus on getting 10 lbs off this month - that is a good goal.
228.1 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 88.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
