My weight gain is getting a little scary. We were out of town this weekend, eating out a lot, and then my Little took me out to dinner Sunday. So the gain could just be from all that. Regardless, I've now gained 13 lbs since Christmas, and that just is way too much! So this month I'm going to try and lose 10 lbs - just 2.5 lbs a week, a reasonable goal by anyone's standard.

So today is day 1, hoping to be at 228.5 by next Monday. If I lose more, great!

231.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 5.7 lb a week

Keep pushing :-) I admire your openness with your diet. Me I am the biggest chicken when it comes to that. If you have the courage to share that I know you have the strength to lose weight. We are here and pulling for and with you.

Thank you! I decided it was time to stop being worried about showing where I am with my weight, I am who I am, just trying to be better in the weight department! Whether you are open about your diet or not, what matters is that you know what you need to do - pulling for you as well!
