I did not plan well today and I overate. today I went to Kerrville clean my dad's house went to choir didn't take any food with me so when I got home I was starving and I just started throwing things into my mouth I got 30 grams of carbohydrates this is bad I'm a severely cut back tomorrow or try to fast. Tomorrow night is the start of Yom Kippur which means I'll be fasting on Sunday. I don't know. I'll see.
