Have had a pretty stressful week, but I am very proud of myself. Usually when I start to get stressed I stop being active and start eating more. I have mananged not to do that though - I have worked out everyday this week and plan to work out tonight after I get off from work. I have even managed to stay away from really bad foods and keep to my portion control. All in all I am really proud. All I have to do now is keep it. I can do! :)
