No change in weight... I'll take it after my gorging of cheesy beefy nachos and beer last night. So delicious. So worth it.
138.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

mmmm. beef. cheese. sounds like it. nachos used to be one of my major pig out foods. like an entire bag of cheese on half a bag of chips.

Yum. It's great when you can eat without regret! Glad you managed to not gain which means you must have self control with the quantity.

I will say that my new found 'self control' is really just from eating slower. I was notorious for eating super fast, and because of it I didn't feel full, so I kept eating, and then I would get SO sick and crampy and feel so disgusting every time I ate. Now, I try my hardest to eat as slow as possible, which helps me realize when I am full! Plus, now I enjoy my food 10x more, and eat only about half of what I used to.

I'm such a sucker for nachos... mmmm... I agree with eating slower - it's a great strategy!!! Nice work!

Yummyyyy! Nachos are one of my favorite foods, extra cheesy plz =p I just went to a pizza buffet and had a bowl of chili and 3 lil squares of pizza which is good for me considering I used to get double that lol Unlike you, I'll probably have a slight change in weight..no biggy =D
