So, I weighed in today. I have 6.4 lbs to go til I get to my first milestone. My goal was to hit it by the time I leave for California, which is on the 21st of March. It's gonna be a close one, but I think I'm gonna get DAMN close!!
My sister is great though, she is very health conscious all the time. She spoke to me the other night to see what foods I eat, so that on our road trip across Cali, we are eating as healthy as we can with home made foods for breakfast and lunch and eating out for dinners. That will be SO MUCH better!
I really want to visit my sister, but was starting to worry about how much weight I was going to gain from eating out all the time.
Can't wait to hit my first goal, and can't wait to see my sister!!
