Woke at 224.2, up 1.2 after a large late dinner out with my family. Did not prep anything for lunch today but I have good options near my work. UPDATE: Had a nice lunch out and then had BBQ and fried fish when we got home. Ended up at 224.2, the same as my waking weight. I telework tomorrow so back on the Lasix and hopefully some water loss.
