I do a lot of that - a sauce, stew or curry in the freezer cuts down on the temptation of a takeaway plus it means a home cooked meal on the table in about 20 minutes max. Looks great 👍🏻

The best way to do it, my freezer has a whole load of chilli and bolognaise
