Day 2 Dinner. So good! Next time, use fresh cauliflower instead of frozen.

Not a real recipe, sorry. 4.5 oz, frozen shrimp, sauteed in 2 tbsp hot sauce 2 oz, kale sauteed in 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp hot sauce 12 oz bag, frozen cauliflower garlic powder paprika I cooked the cauliflower as directed on the bag then sprinkled with garlic powder and paprika and put it in the over at around 400 for 30(ish) minutes while I made everything else. I put the kale with the oven too while I sauteed the shrimp.
