Didn't realize how many calories are in one of my Cappuccinos from 7-11. But it's my guilty little pleasure in the morning, it gets me going, and it's only $1.79. So I'm just going to drink the calories and fat down and walk a little faster at night :) from what I hear coffee in the morning is a good little boost to your Metabolism, atleast that what Cosmo said....anyone else hear that? I've been having Diet Coke cravings, for the first two weeks it was smooth sailing, and now I miss it! Cutting out all my favorite foods and soda at the same time is starting to be a lot harder then I originally thought. But of course if I reach my goals it'll be all worth it. :) I just keep thinking about how much my confidence is going to go up and I just keep thinkings to myself that it wont always be this hard! I WILL drink Sodas again...just not anytime soon ;)

oh I know you mean I think I need a 12 step program to pry me off of International Delights creamer I'm totally addicted...but if I include it in my caloric intake why should I? :)

I switched to black coffee three years ago and if you pic a good make variety then add sweetners (if you like it sweet?) it's gorgeous! the calories I used to use in twenty cups of teas with milk and three spoonful of sugar 40 calories aspoon ful it is I think! just try it it mighnt suprise you! good luck chic

Coffee..........caffeine............I remember those days. I had to switch to decaf due to the caffein can cause fibrous tissue in the breast tissue. I had this happen in January so my doctor suggested no more caffeine. I really haven't missed it except when it is cold so I switched to healthy smoothies and decaf when I want coffee. I made smoothies with 1/2 cup nonfat milk, 1/2 cup vanilla light and fit yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries and 1/4 cup frozen blueberries. Sometimes I add orange juice (trop 50 50 cal OJ!) instead of milk or 1/4 cup of each. Just depends on what I have. It is nutritous and if I am planning a high carb lunch or dinner, I will add soy protein powder to it. It is just delicous and keeps me energized til lunch. Blueberries are full of antioxidants.
