Posting everything I eat is difficult, because my Internet is spotty. My computer uses the wifi where I live, and high traffic times happen from lunch until midnight. Using the app on my phone is awkward. When I do make it here, I find a lot of people sharing things I need to hear, so thanks all!

Also, I signed up for The Diet Doctor menus. Some are great, but some have too many carbs for me. I try to stick to the Keto menus and then, I cut back on the milk products. So far, I feel better, but haven't seen a huge weight loss.

Posting all my food would help. That would show where I am missing it, but as I said, getting online consistently has proven to be more than a little difficult. Perhaps, I can keep a paper diary and upload it every morning. It would have to be an "historical" record instead of a running total.

As for posting my food, it shocked me one day when I discovered that I went over my minimum carbs by eating too much cauliflower! How funny is that!?
