HEY Friends, I just finished a good solid day with family and friends F2F.

After all left , I decided to pull out a recipe to make something for my self....I had planned ahead to make this.

Its called "Crack Slaw".

I have real trouble with the name as it harkens to one of the worst waves of drug addiction this country has ever faced...but that said ..this meal was absolutely one of the best dinners I have ever eaten .

All the taste and texture of Beef Lo Mein without the flour/sugar and noodles!!!!

I bet it would work well with Shrimp or Chicken or ground /sliced pork . If Asian food is your thing...this should be added to your Keto recipe box.
