Day 1 of our slim down for summer challenge! I am ready to go. 2lbs per week is always my goal so I am prepared to do this challenge. I really needed a new focus since i have already lost 10% of my body weight. I hope this is what I need. I have eaten my cereal for lunch and I am ready for the afternoon. I will be lifting weights today to work on toning my upper body which is another goal I have. I am currently working on drinking all my water for the day.
