My goals for the "In Shape for Summer" Challenge:
1. I will wear the two bathing suits that I bought and wore 2 years ago. 2. I will wear these bathing suits in public and walk around with confidence. 3. I will continue weight training and working on my arms and shoulders. 4. I will be able to wear everything in my closet. 5. I will no longer have a muffin top.
