I will keep this short. I have been very bad and not happy with myself the past week. I have so much company coming to stay with us over the next week and a half and have been very weak. I am not looking forward to the weigh in tomorrow. I will apologize in advance b/c I know I have gained!!

Just hop back on the wagon, it can't be that bad! You just gotta get back on track! Don't beat yourself up, you have been doing very well and you will continue to do well, but apparently you are human! Don't worry about it, South beach says just to go to level one for a while to undo the damage quickly! Don't stress over it, that will make things worse. I beleive in you, don't be discouraged.

That's right!! Git up in that saddle and RIDE!! You CAN do IT!! Give yourself the time you needle to ride your bike.... even if it's only 20 minutes... you deserve that, you need that. Pound tons of water today.... it'll flush out a lot of by tomorrow. Drink some tea today, it'll help, too! RIDE GIRLY, RIDE!!!

Keep the big picture and ultimate goal in mind. You've made great progress. Don't let the occasional blip bug you too much.

yep, just git rite back in the saddle and ride! I'll bet its only a temporary weight gain from the "oops" and it will come off in a few days, happens to me quite often (even when I'm good on track). You've done great and come a long way! You're doing fine cowgirl!

You are NOT bad; you slipped at a very difficult time of year, and a difficult time at your home. If you gain now, so you will lose it soon. You know how to do it!!!!!!

DITTO to what susieq told you...gosh, it's no fair all this food we have surrounding us this time of year! In a couple of weeks (after the new year) we'll all have fresh starts to look forward to...including you!

Aw, it's not easy staying on the wagon at this time of year... so don't worry to much! You're still doing fantastic and have come such a long way, so just keep focusing on that. Losing is addictive, but hey even if we gain... we can lose again and then more, more, more! :o)
