One cheat day at the office yesterday where we had pizza for lunch. Wow, the guilt was horrible, it made me afraid to eat anything else for the day. LOL

I lost another 2 lbs, mostly without Nutrisystem. I still had a few of their meals thrown in, just because they're fast when I get home late and/or just don't want to deal with a long cooking process.

Overall, I'm more confident this week than I was last that the transition won't be that difficult. I do miss those chocolate covered pretzels though... OMG.

Still loving the Fitbit, the little nag. =) Get one of these if you don't have one and you tend to sedentary.
209.2 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
