If you are recording all your food... It doesn't look like you are eating enough, 1200 should be the MINIMUM you eat. I know it is hard to increase, why not try to have an extra 500 calories on one day, so your body gets a kick start.

yes i am recordin every bite ...my trainer has added a protein shake at around 4pm .... lets see ..
